2. Cancellation of Services

  • Job Postings: If you are an employer and wish to cancel a job posting, you can do so anytime before the job listing expires or is filled. Please note that cancellations after a job has been filled will not result in a refund.
  • Membership/Subscriptions: If you have purchased a premium membership or subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be applied after cancellation.
  • Paid Features: Certain features, such as job boosting or enhanced visibility, can be canceled at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

  • Job Postings: Refunds for job posting fees will not be provided once the posting has been made live on the platform or if the job has been filled. Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion.
  • Membership/Subscription Refunds: Refunds for memberships or subscriptions are available only if the service was not used or accessed after the payment was made.
